Designed from nature

We design ecological and organic Contemporary Fine Art acoustic boards mainly from peat moss and manufactured by our partners in Karvia, Finland. We can also create from different composite materials such as recycled polyester from textile industry waste which widens end-use possibilities.

Our Art works are designed to dissipate sound energy, rather than reflecting it back into the space. This helps to create a more controlled, balanced and pleasant acoustic environment.

Peat replenishes at about the same rate as commercial timber and can only be harvested when under a certain number of years old.

The Finnish word for Finland is Suomi, It is thought that this word originates from the Finnish word for wetland or swamp - suo.

Peat has low pH, so it is naturally hypoallergenic and also mold and bacteria resistant even in moist places like bathrooms.

Our oil paintings are transferred by a printing process to the textured peat surface. This allows for the peat boards to retain there maximum sound absorbing quality. All of our Art works are unique due to the natural variants of the material.

The manufacturing process that we use guarantees a ecological way to create exciting and inspirational products for your space.
